How to Play 2D Lotto

To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically pick the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
  4. Select your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
  6. Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. See the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.

New Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?

A player can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
