How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Pick two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the trash can.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 12-25 and 25-12). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet card.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the playing card to the cashier.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
