How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Select two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically generate the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
  4. Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
  2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
  3. Use your own pen when placing bets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
  5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the trash can.

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the playing card to the cashier.

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?

In 2D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
