With thousands of pesos at stake for just a price of PhP 12, 2D Lotto has emerged as one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries among lotto players since it was launched in 2004. The chances of getting the 2D Lotto prizes —PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play— are 1 in 961 and 1 in 46, respectively.

How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to abide by the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
When does PCSO hold 2D Lotto draws?
PCSO is conducting 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
