2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was introduced in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed payout games accross the cuntry. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally happens during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Choose two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO usually cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the lucky winners of 2D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
