In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

2D Lotto (previously called as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed-prize games facilitated by PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

Live EZ2 2D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. In such cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

1. Mark a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
2. If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
3. Choose Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
4. Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
7. View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

New PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
3. Bring your own pen.
4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
5. Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
6. Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.
