How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 2D result after the live draw to know if you got the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Frequently Asked Questions about 2D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
Is 2D Lotto the same as EZ2 Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Hence, this site still uses ‘EZ2’ in some of its articles when referring to 2D Lotto.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
