2D RESULT October 24, 2021 – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is facilitating 2D Lotto draws today at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City at 2pm, 5pm and 9pm.

In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games conducted by PCSO since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto is previously known as EZ2 Lotto.

EZ2 2D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. In such cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

  1. Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
  4. Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
  6. Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

Additional Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 2D Lotto players in the country.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Use your own ball pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the 2D hearing for today?

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

When are 2D Lotto draws held?

PCSO conducts 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.

Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?

PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, remember these helpful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

Latest News and Press Statements from PCSO

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Act.
