Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

Official EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. In such cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:

  1. Select two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
  4. Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
  6. Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. View the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
