In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.
2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2004. 2D Lotto is also called EZ2 Lotto.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the teller.
Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
