Aside from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

1. Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto playing card.
2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
4. Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
7. View the 2D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning combination.

One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.

Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Important Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.

1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
3. Use your own ball pen.
4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
5. Use the money tray to minimize contact.
6. Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

When are 2D Lotto draws held?

PCSO airs 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.

How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, remember these useful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
