How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning tickets into the trash bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 2D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the cashier.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
