2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was introduced in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular digit games accross the cuntry. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally occurs during major national holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
- See the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
New Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
