How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
  4. Select your play amount in the AMT column.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
  6. Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
  7. After the draw, check the 2D result to know if you won the prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

Are 2D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?

2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
