How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:

  1. Choose a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
  4. Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
  6. Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
  7. Check the 2D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning combination.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.

Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 2D Lotto players in the country.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
  3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
  6. Throw away your used bet card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the bet slip to the teller.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.

Where do I go to claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, consider these useful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
