How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 15-29 and 29-15). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
