2D Lotto, previously known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed payout lotteries facilitated by PCSO since its creation in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Select two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly pick the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
  4. Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
  7. After the draw, view the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.

One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

What is Lucky Pick in 2D Lotto?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.

Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?

PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
