Since its creation in July 2004, 2D Lotto (EZ2 Lotto) has become one of the most widely played fixed-prize lotteries in the country. PCSO has fixed the prizes of 2D Lotto to PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
Live EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 2D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 2D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?
EZ2 Lotto has been rebranded as 2D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.

PCSO airs 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
Where do I go to claim my 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, remember these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
