How to Play 2D Lotto

To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
  4. Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.

New PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  3. Use your own ball pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to reduce contact.
  6. Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage cans.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the bet slip to the cashier.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

PCSO News and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated under the TRAIN Act.
