How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Select a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if you got the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player takes home PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?
In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
