2D Lotto (formerly called EZ2 Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout lotteries conducted by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the betting public since its launch in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts official EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally suspended.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Mark two (2) numbers that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.
What are the draws to be held by PCSO today, April 28, 2022?

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Where do I claim 2D Lotto Prizes?

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
