2D Lotto, also called EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize games conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO holds EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws regularly takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) numbers that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 2D result to see if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

New Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
