How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 2D result right after the live draw to know if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you got the winning combination in any order.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
