How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed 2D Lotto ticket.
- Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
New Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, remember these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
