In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO holds official EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are usually canceled.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the jackpot-bearing games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
