2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was created in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO holds official EZ2 2D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally takes place during major holidays.
PCSO likewise operates draws for each of the five jackpot-bearing lotto games three times a week. How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Access the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the playing card to the teller.

Are 2D Lotto winnings taxable?
2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
