How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:

  1. Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto playing card.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
  4. Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
  6. Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
  7. Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

New PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to reduce contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the play card to the teller.

How can I watch 2D Lotto draws live?

PCSO broadcasts its live draws through PTV4 and its Facebook and Youtube accounts. Players can also get the 2D results at Philippinepcsolotto.com and the Youtube channel PCSO Lotto Results Today.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?

PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
