Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

PCSO holds official EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally postponed.

How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete steps when playing the 2D Lotto:

1. Mark a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet slip.
2. If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
3. Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
4. Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
7. View the 2D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

New PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.

1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
2. Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.
6. Put away your used play card and non-winning tickets into the trash bin.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 2D Lotto:

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I win in Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto play slip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
