How to Play 2D Lotto

2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:

  1. Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly generate the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
  7. View the 2D result right after the live draw to verify if you won a prize.

One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
  2. Observe physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
  3. Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
  5. Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?

A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.

Where do I claim 2D Lotto Prizes?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these helpful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
