2D Lotto, previously known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
Official EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. In such instances, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
- See the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be implemented in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for 2D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
When are 2D Lotto draws held?
PCSO is conducting 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet card.
How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
