How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically choose the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
  4. Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
  2. Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
  3. Use your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
  4. Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
  5. Use disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021 – PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
