Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO holds official EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Postponement of draws usually occurs during major holidays.
PCSO likewise operates draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
- See the 2D result right after the live draw to verify if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and old tickets into the trash bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
When are 2D Lotto draws held?
PCSO is conducting 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 2D Lotto today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
