How to Play 2D Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the terminal to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed 2D Lotto ticket.
- View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 2D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
