How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result right after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player receives PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the play card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
