In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was launched in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout games in the country. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws usually takes place during major public holidays.

PCSO also operates draws for each of the five major games three times a week. How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

  1. Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically generate the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
  4. Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
  6. Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. See the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
  2. Observe physical distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
  3. Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
  5. Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much does a 2D Lotto ticket cost?

A player can buy the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the play slip to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
