2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was introduced in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed-prize lotteries accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.
