Since its introduction in July 2004, 2D Lotto (EZ2 Lotto) has become one of the most widely played fixed payout games accross the cuntry. PCSO has fixed the prizes of 2D Lotto to PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts official EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws normally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Choose a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto play card.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
