How to Play 2D Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select two (2) numbers that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Important Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
What is Lucky Pick in 2D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
