How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
