How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the play card to the teller.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
