2D RESULT August 23, 2021 – 2D Lotto draw takes place at 2pm, 5pm and 9pm today at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) main office in Mandaluyong City.

2D Lotto, previously known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize games operated by PCSO since its inception in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:

  1. Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
  7. See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be implemented in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
  2. Follow social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
  3. Use your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
  4. Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
  5. Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?

A player can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.

What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?

Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
