How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.

In Standard or Straight Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
When does PCSO hold 3D Lotto draws?
PCSO conducts 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the playing card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
