Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was launched in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed-prize games accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

Live EZ2 2D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these instances, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto

To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:

1. Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto playing card.
2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
3. Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
4. Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
7. Check the 2D result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

Important Protocols to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.

1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
6. Put away your used playing card and old tickets into the trash bin.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the teller.

How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?

A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What is Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 01-09 and 09-01). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.

What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?

In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

PCSO News and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
