3D Lotto, formerly known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and non-winning tickets into the trash can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
