How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

EZ2 Lotto has been rebranded as 2D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
Are 2D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What is the 2D hearing for today?

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
