How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed at all outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
