2D Lotto (formerly known as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed-prize lotteries of the PCSO. It has been extremely popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

Official EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

  1. Choose two (2) numbers that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
  4. Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
  7. After the draw, check the 2D result to know if you won the prize.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.

Additional Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
  6. Throw away your used bet card and old tickets into the trash can.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play slip to the cashier.

How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?

A player can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
