How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Important Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the playing card to the cashier.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
