EZ2 Lotto (currently called as 2D Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout lotteries of the PCSO. It has been extremely popular among the betting public since its introduction in 2004. EZ2 Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the EZ2 Lotto:

  1. Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your EZ2 combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
  4. Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. Check the EZ2 result right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the EZ2 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

New Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing EZ2 Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
  2. Follow physical distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
  3. Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
  5. Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What does DST stand for?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What is the schedule of PCSO EZ2 Lotto draws?

PCSO is holding EZ2 Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Are EZ2 Lotto winnings taxable?

EZ2 Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the EZ2 winning numbers in the same order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

Where do I claim EZ2 Lotto Prizes?

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
