Aside from 3D Lotto (Swertres), PCSO also operates today the draws for 2D Lotto (EZ2), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Super Lotto 6/49.

How to Play 3D Lotto

3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:

1. Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
2. If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
3. Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
4. Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
6. Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
7. After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.

Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

New Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.

1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied in all PCSO outlets in the country.
2. Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
3. Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
4. Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
5. Apply alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
6. Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.

3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.

In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.

If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.

If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

What is the schedule of PCSO 3D Lotto draws?

PCSO is conducting 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

Are 3D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?

3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
